Leaning on one another is what community is all about. Looking around the office—which is a microcosm of the wider world of Vogue staffers—it’s hard to find a moment when somebody is not asking for, or giving, advice. The questions are about things as simple as Where to go to lunch?, or as grand as deciding which image should actually be the next cover. One thing, though, that you’re sure to hear consistently is: Does this look good on me?
Most often, the answer is positive—sometimes, of course, a small adjustment to a ‘fit is needed—and hardly ever is it a No. This is because what we buy—and how we choose to dress ourselves after the alarm goes off each morning—sets the tone for what the day, or the season, even, will look like. It’s about presenting your authentic self in a manner that’s stylish in your own particular way.
That’s why we like to turn to you, Vogue Club. By us checking in with you, and you checking in on one another, we find the pizzazz needed for living a stylish life amidst what can be a hectic and difficult time.
