HOW TO PLAY SHILLONG LOTTERY?
1. Shillong Teer has two rounds, each lasting two minutes. In the first round, archers shoot 30 arrows, and in the second round, they shoot 20 arrows. Participants can bet on the number of arrows hitting the target in either or both rounds.
2. Tickets are sold in denominations of Rs 1, Rs 5, Rs 10, Rs 20, and Rs 50 at licensed outlets.
3. In every round, participants select a number between 0 and 99 to predict how many arrows will hit the target successfully. Those who predict correctly stand a chance to win prize money.
4. The Shillong Teer lottery prize depends on the bet amount and the accuracy of the prediction. A Rs 1 bet with a correct prediction in the first round can get you Rs 80, while a successful guess in the second round with the same bet brings Rs 60. If you bet Rs 1 in both rounds and accurately predict the outcomes, you stand a chance to win Rs 4,000. The prizes are based on the total bets and the accuracy of predictions.
Several Teer lotteries like Khanapara Teer, Jowai Teer, and Ladrymbai Teer are conducted across Meghalaya.
