The plot revolves around a group of survivors of a destroyed interstellar cargo ship, who find themselves on a distant planet full of life. Is there a Scavengers Reign Season 2 release date?
Scavengers Reign Season 2 does not have an official release date, but it will likely be announced in the future.
As of early November 2023, Scavengers Reign hasn’t been greenlit for season 2. However, in an October 2023 interview with Collider, series co-creator Joseph Bennett stated that they knew what they potentially wanted to explore in the future. “I mean, definitely. And we’ve mapped out quite a bit,” he said. “Ultimately, at this point, it’s really up to the viewers if they want the story to keep going. But yeah, we’ve definitely thought a lot about that,” he added.
Scavengers Reign is currently on air, with the season 1 finale slated to stream on November 9, 2023. The series has already garnered critical acclaim and has a 100% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes. It will probably take a month after the finale airs for HBO Max to finish assessing how the series has done in terms of viewership. If everything goes well, Scavengers Reign is likely to get at least one more season.
