Meghan Markle has been seen for the first time since her father-in-law King Charles III’s cancer reveal.
The Duchess of Sussex, who is married to Prince Harry, was photographed Wednesday afternoon driving her Range Rover near the couple’s $14 million Montecito, Calif., home.
Markle, 42, flashed a big grin from behind the wheel as she sipped on some coffee.
The former actress was dressed casually and discretely in a baseball cap and oversized sunglasses.
Later that day, her husband — with whom she shares Prince Archie, 4, and Princess Lilibet, 2 — returned to the United States following a whirlwind trip to London to see his dad.
Harry, 39, was snapped exiting a commercial flight at Los Angeles International Airport on Wednesday evening.
He wore a baseball cap as he walked alongside a security guard, who accompanied him to an SUV.
As Page Six reported, the renegade royal flew across the pond on Tuesday to meet up with Charles, 75, at Clarence House, where the pair had a “quick visit.”

The monarch — who ascended the throne in May 2023 following the September 2022 death of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II — looked rather emotional after his meeting with his youngest son.
