Keke Palmer seen with son after being granted restraining order against Darius Jackson

Keke Palmer was photographed for the first time since being granted a temporary restraining order against her ex Darius Jackson and sole custody of their son.

In photos obtained by the Daily Mail, the actress was seen walking out of her home in Studio City, Calif., on Saturday while carrying her 8-month-old son, Leodis, who goes by Leo.

Though her hair was curled and she had on a full face of glam, she appeared to be fighting back tears as she took a phone call.

The “Nope” star, 30, was dressed casually in yellow sweats and a 1994 Super Bowl T-shirt.

Just the day before, Jackson — who has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Palmer and their child per the restraining order — was photographed visiting a friend in Los Angeles.

The actress appeared somber while carrying their son, Leo, out of her Studio City, Calif., home.

In his first sighting since being accused by Palmer of physical and emotional abuse, he donned short green shorts that showed his thigh tattoo and a crewneck with the word “King” emblazoned on the front.

Palmer and Jackson, 29, dated off and on beginning in 2021 and welcomed their baby boy in February.

In the filing for the restraining order, which was obtained by Page Six, the “Hustlers” star said she and Jackson — who goes by Darius Daulton on social media — broke up for good in October.

“It is because of our son, Leo, that I was finally able to end my relationship with Darius once and for all and escape the abuse,” she wrote.

“Leo is the most important thing in the entire world to me; he needs and deserves to be safe and grow up in an environment free from violence.”

The “Nope” actress also claimed Jackson “slapped” her head “from side to side” in February 2022 after seeing a photo of her in a bikini.

“Unfortunately,” she continued, “ending my relationship with Darius has not ended his abuse — if anything, he is even more unhinged, volatile and dangerous to both me and our son.”

In her filing, Palmer detailed two alleged incidents of abuse.

During the first alleged incident, which the actress said occurred in February 2022, Jackson “became enraged” after she showed him a photo of herself in a bikini.

Months before the filing, Jackson publicly shamed Palmer for wearing a revealing outfit to Usher’s Las Vegas residency.

“In the bedroom, he slammed me on the floor and slapped my head from side to side,” she wrote.

“The next morning, he was standing at the bottom of the stairs near the front door, screaming at me as I was coming down the stairs.”

Palmer claimed the most recent incident took place on Nov. 5 when he allegedly attacked her in her home.

In addition to the restraining order, Palmer has also been granted temporary sole custody of Leo.

“[He] lunged at me, grabbing at my neck and face, knocked me backwards over the couch, stole my phone out of my hands and then ran out of the house,” she claimed.

She also submitted disturbing screenshots of security camera footage from the alleged attack.

Fans believed the pair had called it quits over the summer after Jackson publicly shamed Palmer for wearing a sheer dress over a tight body suit to Usher’s residency show.

After a video of Usher serenading the actress surfaced, he took to Twitter to critique her choice of clothing — and then doubled down amid backlash.

“Leo is the most important thing in the entire world to me; he needs and deserves to be safe and grow up in an environment free from violence,” she wrote in her court filing.

“We live in a generation where a man of the family doesn’t want the wife & mother to his kids to showcase booty cheeks to please others & he gets told how much of a hater he is,” Jackson wrote at the time.

“This is my family & my representation. I have standards & morals to what I believe,” he added. “I rest my case.”

Following Palmer’s restraining order filing, a source close to the former couple said the Vegas drama was “the beginning of the end” for their relationship.
