Sheffield United players Jack Robinson and Vinicius Souza were involved in an on-field clash following a dispute during the team’s Premier League game against Wolves.

The teammates pushed each other in a heated exchange at Molineux, which led to VAR reviewing the incident for potential punishment.

Robinson and Souza could be seen in conversation after a Wolves attack.

The apparent disagreement led to them pushing each other before teammates intervened.

Referee Darren Bond then signalled the incident was being reviewed by the video assistant referee while Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder watched on from the sideline.

Both players escaped punishment.

“I’m all right with it as you can absolutely expect I would be,” Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder said of the incident.

“The narrative is that we don’t care outside of the football club, not by our supporters.

“These things happen, I don’t want to make too much of it. They’re all right, as long as it doesn’t carry on. I’ve had that in my time previous here.

“It doesn’t matter. They shake hands, they get on, they want to win, they want to do well and they’re passionate about the football club.

“Of course, you want to make sure it doesn’t go over.”
