Karan Johar recently unveiled the upcoming guests for the next episode of his chatshow: the Kapoor sisters, Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor. In the episode’s promo, Janhvi seemingly confirmed her relationship with rumoured beau Shikhar Pahariya.
In the promo, Janhvi shared an anecdote about a recent party where she was playfully asking rapid-fire questions. She mentioned Navya Naveli Nanda advised against it, suggesting she wasn’t prepared. When Karan prompted Janhvi to name three people on her speed dial, her response offered a hint about her relationship status. She listed “Papa, Khushu, and Shiku,” leading to an immediate realisation and an amusing reaction from Janhvi and Karan.
During the playful game, Karan also probed Khushi about Janhvi’s past relationships, to which Janhvi casually remarked, “I have only dated three boys, and we’ll stick to that.”
While Janhvi hadn’t officially acknowledged her relationship with Shikhar Pahariya before, she hadn’t been shy about being seen with him on various outings. They were recently spotted together at Khushi Kapoor’s birthday bash and even enjoyed a vacation in the Maldives. Additionally, Shikhar was present at Janhvi’s uncle, Anil Kapoor’s birthday celebration.
In her upcoming ventures, Janhvi is set to star in the sports drama Mr and Mrs Maahi alongside Rajkummar Rao, directed by Sharan Sharma. The film’s release date has been announced for April 19 by Dharma Productions. Furthermore, she’s also slated to appear in Devara alongside Jr NTR and Saif Ali Khan.
