Animal, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna, and directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, is garnering quite a buzz among audiences. On Friday, the makers of the film finally unveiled their second romantic track titled Satranga.

In the song, Ranbir Kapoor’s character arrives home late and finds his wife Geetanjali, played by Rashmika Mandanna, and their children asleep. The scene then shows Geetanjali breaking her Karwa Chauth fast, revealing their troubled relationship. Ranbir’s character seeks forgiveness and breaks her fast with a glass of water.
The also gives a glimpse of Anil Kapoor who plays the role of Ranbir Kapoor’s father. The last scene of the song sees Ranbir going somewhere and asking Geetanjali to not remarry.
The song is sung by Arijit Singh with the lyrics penned by Siddharth-Garima and composed by Shreyas Puranik.
Other than Hindi, the song is also out in Pogaadhe (Tamil), Naa Bere Nee Bere (Kannada), Nee Vere Njan (Malayalam) and Ney Vey Rey (Telugu).
Animal is set to be released on December 1, 2023. Apart from Ranbir and Rashmika, the film also stars Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor, and Triptii Dimri in pivotal roles.
