  1. In a saucepan, melt butter.
  2. Add frozen french fries, until coated.
  3. Next, using 1 or 2 slices of aluminum foil, create a boat for the fries.
  4. Layer the fries in the foil and fold in all sides of foil, leaving the top slightly open.
  5. Then, place it on a grill, or in the oven, at 400° for 20-30 minutes. Stir at least once.
  6. Once the fries are cooked or crispy, top with cheese until it’s completely melted.
  7. Sprinkle with bacon, salt and pepper if needed.

  • 1 cup red or green bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup red onion, chopped
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup of red potatoes, chopped
