When Do Kids Grow Out of LEGOs?

Just a note about when kids grow out of playing with LEGOs which can help you prepare and organize into the future. Many kids will turn to other interests as they become teenagers, but there will be a good percentage of kids that will play with LEGOs far beyond that. One of my boys is in college, but we stored his LEGO collection in his closet and under his bed in big plastic stackable bins and every time he visits home, he gets them out and builds.

So don’t get rid of them too quickly! LEGO is a legacy toy that can be handed down to the next generation…so organize well.
