4. With the Pizza Pilgrims crew

Pizza Pilgrims is celebrating a whole decade of serving delicious Neopolitan fare by throwing a food festival at Camden Beer Hall. For one day only, the team descend on the site for a pop-up to put on pizza masterclasses, brewery tours, a Pineapple Shy, a cheese-pull-o-meter, and of course lots of street food. Best of all, you’ll be among the first people to try the latest pizza creation topped with a secret item. The star of the show is the ‘World’s Smallest Pizzeria’ – a Pizza Vespa and sidecar, fresh back from its tour of Naples.

Where to drink

Kuro

5. Discover a new wine bar

Notting Hill hotspot Kuro has launched a new late wine bar – and it’s the perfect place for oenophiles to sip away the summer evenings. Between Tuesdays and Saturdays, the Kuro Coffee site transforms into an intimate space where lattes are swapped for signature cocktails and a curated wine list. Nibble on light bites here, or head in for a nightcap after dinner on Kuro Eatery’s new terrace, where flatbread is topped with goat’s cheese and fermented hot honey, and steaming bowls of trofie pasta scattered in shavings of aged manchego.

Address: Kuro Late Wine Bar, 3 Hillgate Street, London W8 7SP; Kuro Eatery, 5 Hillgate Street, London W8 7SP
Website: kuro-london.com
Dates: Both spaces are open now; Kuro Late Wine Bar opens Tuesday – Saturday, 5pm – 9.30pm

6. Cheers to craft beers

The capital’s biggest celebration of beer is back, and glasses of craft beers are being poured by some of the best breweries in the game at Tobacco Dock. Among the 150+ breweries setting up shop for the weekend are Gipsy Hill, Pretty Decent, Exale and Mammoth. A fantastic food line-up includes stalls from Acme Fire Cult, Bone Daddies and sandwich superstars Dom’s Subs. The open-air roof space is a Byron beach bar thanks to the team at Australia’s Stone & Wood while rising stars take to the mic playing a mix of folk, blues, and rock music.
