The latest Only Murders in the Building season sees Charles, Oliver, and Mabel trying to catch the killer who murdered Ben Glenroy, the obnoxious character portrayed by Paul Rudd. With four episodes in the books, has the show already unveiled who has done it? If so, who is the killer who murdered Ben in OMITB season 3? Here’s what we know so far.
Who killed Ben Glenroy in Only Murders in the Building?
We still don’t know who killed Ben Glenroy in Only Murders in the Building season 3.
Season 3 of the popular whodunnit series streaming on Hulu sees Mabel (Selena Gomez), Charles (Steve Martin), and Oliver (Martin Short) dealing with a new case. Right on the opening night of Oliver’s murder mystery play Death Rattle, someone killed the leading star, Ben. Truth be told, almost every cast member had a reason to want Ben dead, mainly because of the actor’s prima donna whims.
Ben’s death was pretty articulated. The authorities first declared Ben deceased following his collapse on stage, apparently due to poisoning. Even though the actor surprisingly survived that, he met his end at Arconia after someone apparently pushed him down an elevator.
Who is the murderer in OMITB season 3?
OMITB season 3 still hasn’t shown the murderer.
Week after week, mystery deepens! While until episode 3, it appeared the killer might be Kimberly (Ashley Park), the story showed Joy had more than one reason to get rid of Ben. As fans know, Charles and Ben had a complicated relationship since when Charles had his fellow actor fired years before they met again for the play Oliver is putting on. Ben wasn’t exactly friendly with Charles during the early days of production, something Joy (who seems deeply in love with Charles) hasn’t forgotten. In Episode 4, Joy showed she had some resentment towards Ben.
Plus, Charles, Oliver, and Mabel found Joy’s lipstick in the actor’s dressing room, making them think she might be behind the poisoning. Is Joy the murderer in OMITB season 3? Probably not. Fans still have to wait until the beloved podcasters find the real culprit.
