Meghan Markle is looking like every bit the princess.
The former actress arrived at Variety’s Power of Women event in Los Angeles Thursday night looking as regal as ever in a cream, off-the-shoulder midi dress by Proenza Schouler.
She paired the $1,400 dress — which features slits in the front and the sides — with black pumps, a black clutch and simple gold jewelry.
She wore minimal makeup and slicked her dark brown hair into a bun that was parted in the middle.
While speaking to Variety on the red carpet, Markle, 42, reacted to the recent streaming resurgence of “Suits,” which ended in 2019.
“It was great to work on, such a great cast and crew. We had a really fun time,” she gushed.
“I was on it for seven seasons, so quite a bit,” she continued.

“But it’s hard to find a show you can binge-watch that many episodes of these days, so that could have something to do with it. But good shows are everlasting.”
She also hinted about the type of projects fans may see from her and husband Prince Harry’s production company, Archewell Productions, in the future.
“[I want to make] things that make people feel — I was going say ‘good,’ but it’s more than that, things that make people feel something, right? And feel a sense of community,” she explained.
“But we have so many exciting things on the slate,” she teased.
“I can’t wait until we can announce them, but I’m just really proud of what we’re creating.”
She added, “My husband is loving it, too. It’s really fun.”
Harry, 41, did not walk the red carpet alongside his wife at the event focused on celebrating women.
Markle’s public appearance came after her close pal Tyler Perry revealed she basked in happiness while laying low with Harry and their son, Archie, at his Beverly Hills estate in 2020.
“They hid out at my house for a long time. It was so great,” he gushed to Kelly Ripa on her “Let’s Talk Off Camera” podcast Wednesday.
“Every day. Every day that they were there, I looked to see if anything’s happening online. Nothing. [Paparazzi] don’t even know, so weeks and weeks they were there,” he continued.
“They were so happy. It was such a beautiful moment.”
The actress’ red carpet appearance also came after an excerpt from royal expert Omid Scobie’s upcoming book, “Endgame,” was released.
In it, Scobie claimed Markle has “moved on” from the royals, per People.
“Quite early on in the [book-writing] process, some of those Meghan sources that I really leant on in the earlier years, this time were like, ‘You know what? She doesn’t want anything to do with it,’” he claims in his book.
However, he says Harry feels he “still has unfinished business” in terms of his relationship with the press and its often biased coverage of his wife.
As fans know, the pair stepped down from their roles as senior royals in 2020 and moved to America.
After their stay at Perry’s pad, they found their own place to call home in Montecito, Calif.
