- Dua Lipa just dropped some new Instagram photos in a sunny place, and she’s showing off her mega-toned ‘sun bum’ in some super short, cheeky shorts.
- For her workouts, the singer loves to squeeze in early morning workouts.
- Dua also prefers to cook at home, surrounded by her loved ones
Dua Lipa’s “Dance the Night” is basically the song of summer, and the singer has been taking some much-needed downtime after serving the world with such an epic hit. Cue Dua, soaking up some rays in the coolest booty shorts.
The 28-year-old star just shared a slew of shots of herself on Instagram in a simple—yet totally chic—look. In all four pics, Dua is shot from behind as she models a ribbed tank and suede booty shorts that put her toned butt and sculpted legs on full display. She got cheeky in the caption, too, writing, “Sun bum ☀️.”
Naturally, her friends and fans totally freaked out in the comments section. “My heart stopped for a bit,” one person wrote, while another said, “SERVING.”
If you’re wondering what her workout routine looks like these days, just know that Dua didn’t get that toned all over by accident—she works hard to get strong. For starters, she must get a lot of movement in while performing on stage and, even when she’s not busting out move after move, you can find her dancing. “I like to leave my cardio workout to dancing,” she recently told Refinery 29.
Dua is a morning exerciser. She told Refinery that she likes to start her day by walking her dog, Dexter. These, she said, “are the perfect way to get my mind right for the day ahead.” That’s followed by a workout (sometimes on Zoom) with her friend Bunny, who trains her. “Getting physical really starts my day off right,” she said. “I also love to do yoga, Pilates, or strength training.”
Also in the mix? Boxing, which serves up plenty of arm and ab toning. “I like doing it for fitness [and] I like doing it just to kinda clear my mind,” she previously told Beauty Crew. “Since starting boxing I’ve probably been in the best shape ever.”
It’s not all cardio and strength, though. Dua is big into yoga, too, and she makes sure her fans know just how much time and effort she puts into her practice. She’s dropped several photos and videos on Instagram of herself doing inversions (which require some serious core strength). Case in point:
Food-wise, it seems like Dua is up for just about anything. She recently shared a video on Instagram of herself eating food prepared by a Michelin-star chef, and there was a wide range of ingredients in the mix, from oysters with caviar to pigeon legs. But when she’s not being served next-level food, Dua told Refinery 29 that she likes to cook at home. “I love cooking and being surrounded by my favorite people,” she shared.
BRB: Gotta listen to “Dance the Night” for the zillionth time.
