· 1 Cup Flour (You can use almond or oats flour)
· 1 Cup of Oats
· 1/3 Cup Coconut Oil
· 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
· 2 Eggs
· Greek Yogurt
· Bacon Bits
Start by pre-heating your microwave or oven at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Take out your donut tray, you can either grease it or spray it with coconut oil and set it aside. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except for yogurt and bacon bits. Mix all the ingredients until you form a dough. Ensure, the dough’s consistency is similar to that of bread. If the dough is too hard, you can add some water to it. In case the dough is too flowy, add some oats flour.

Now, in a large mixing bowl, add oats flour, rolled oats, and applesauce. Mix all the ingredients. Add one tablespoon of beaten egg to the mixture and stir everything well until dough is formed. The consistency of this dough must be tacky and not over sticky.
Once the dough is ready, take approximately two tablespoons of dough and roll it into a tube. The dough must be around 10 inches long and similar to the width of a pencil.
