Grace Kelley, 27, was booked at the Elmore County Jail on Friday evening, according to the county sheriff’s office website.

She also is accused of obstructing governmental operations by the Millbrook Police Department, and her bond was set at $1,000. According to Entertainment Tonight, citing the jail’s inmate roster, she was still in custody as of Tuesday afternoon.

Police picked up Kelley at a busy intersection in Millbrook after she “exposed her breasts and lower body” to passersby and refused to cooperate with authorities, Alabama station WSMV reported, citing court documents.

Kelley, the niece of actress Ashley Judd and also Naomi Judd’s granddaughter, has previously been in trouble with the law.

Entertainment Tonight reported Kelley had been sentenced to a Tennessee prison for eight years in 2018 due to leaving a court-mandated drug recovery program early, violating her parole, but then got out early.

ET also reported that during a leave of absence from jail in March 2022, Kelley gave birth to a daughter, Kaliyah Chanel, and Judd, 59, has been taking care of the child.

According to ET, Judd has not publicly commented on her daughter’s latest legal troubles.

Wynonna Judd, one of the most awarded female country musicians in history, was half of the Grammy-winning country duo The Judds with her late mother, Naomi, who died on April 30, 2022.
