The 29th Kolkata International Film Festival (KIFF) began with a stunning opening ceremony at Kolkata’s Netaji Indoor Stadium. The West Bengal Chief Minister, Mamata Banerjee, was present at the inauguration with a slew of Bollywood stars, including Anil Kapoor, Salman Khan, and Sonakshi Sinha, among others. While everyone looked radiant at the event, Sonakshi Sinha stood apart in her pink ethnic dress.
At the Kolkata Film Festival, Sonakshi Sinha donned a one-of-a-kind two-piece dress designed by Anamika Khanna. A heavy embroidered pink top was combined with a sharara-style bottom, which also had a similar design. The glittering accents on both the top and the trousers lent a glamorous touch to her look. Sonakshi accessorised her dress with eye-catching earrings, polki rings, and a little bindi.
Her makeup included dazzling nude eyes, flawless skin, winged eyeliner, and a variety of nude lips. In terms of hairstyle, the actress chose beach waves that added a relaxed vibe to her whole look.
Sonakshi Sinha has been exuding some classy, traditional looks recently. The actress looked lovely in a stunning red outfit by renowned fashion designer Punit Balana. The bell-sleeved salwar set, made from a rich blend of silk and organza, was embellished with exquisite appliqué embroidery and complimented with a delicate dupatta and matching trousers.
Sonakshi accessorised with a fascinating choker set and matching earrings and finger rings. Her complete appearance was complemented by a pair of sequined juttis. For her glam picks, the actress went with a light and natural makeup look, a smokey eye, winged eyeliner, kajal, blush, and plum lipstick. Lastly, she went with a centre-parted, straight hairstyle.
Sonakshi Sinha also stunned in a Raw Silk Anarkali outfit from the shelves of Punit Balana. The outfit featured a classic zari work neckline and an intricate work on the dupatta. A stunning green choker set, along with matching hefty earrings and a bindi, boosted the overall outfit. Lastly, her makeup included brown eyeshadow, winged eyeliner, contoured cheekbones, blush, and pale pink lipstick. She finished the appearance by pulling her hair into a high bun.
Sonakshi Sinha will next be seen in the horror-comedy thriller Kakuda. She will also appear in Nikita Roy and The Book of Darkness, in which she co-stars with Arjun Rampal, Paresh Rawal, and Suhail Nayyar. She also has Bade Miyan Chote Miyan in the works along with Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff.
