Kohli and Warner Chatted Ahead of Final ODI

ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 is around the corner. The last time preparation was going on between all teams. Everyone is practicing hard ahead of the biggest tournament of cricket. India and  Australia are facing each other in a three-match ODI series in India just before the World Cup. this series is working as the final rehearsal stage before the World Cup. India has won the first two matches of the series and leading the way by a 2-0 margin. On September 27, India will face Australia for the final match of the series in Rajkot.

 Details of the series:

India is playing the Final ODI series against Australia just before the World Cup. This is performing as the final practice stage before the World Cup. India just finished the Asia Cup on high. They named the title with a 10-wicket win. It was a big boost up before this series. The World Cup is coming near that’s why Indian team management is not ready to take any chance with the players. They announced two different squads for three matches.

For the first two matches, seniors like Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, and Hardik Pandya were rested to manage the workload. Youngsters like Ruturaj Gaikwad, and Tilak Verma were selected in the squad. 

In the third match, the seniors are making a comeback and Shubman Gill and Mohammed Shami will be on rest.  In the second ODI, Shubman Gill and Shreyas Iyer scored centuries. Gill scored 104 and Iyer scored 105. India is leading the series by 2-0. 

Kohli Warner chat:

In the third ODI, Virat Kohli is coming back to the team. Before the match, Kohli joined the practice session with the team. David Warner and Virat Kohli were seen chatting before the match. Both the batters are legendary players for their team. David Warner was playing the ODIs but Kohli will play the last ODI. This will be a showdown before the World Cup. 

After that series, both teams will face each other in the World Cup on October 8. Before playing in the tournament, they will play Warm-up matches. On September 30, India will face England in their first warm-up, and on October 3, India will face the Netherlands.

Australia will play two warm-up matches. On September 30, Australia will face Netherlands in the first match.  On October 5, they will face Pakistan in the last warm-up match.
