Jimmy Shergill recently discussed with a prominent entertainment portal about the enduring popularity of the film and addressed the possibility of a remake. He mentioned the relaxed nature of the cast during the film’s creation and acknowledged the ongoing excitement surrounding Mohabbatein.
He stated that the cast was composed of relaxed individuals who did not get carried away by the euphoria created by Mohabbatein. According to Jimmy, the fact that people are still creating and sharing reels related to the film indicates that it still has a strong following.
Fans are still celebrating the film on social media, expressing their affection through viral videos and nostalgic tributes. This has led to discussions about the possibility of a remake. However, Jimmy takes a practical approach to the idea, indicating that certain considerations need to be taken into account.
He further added, “But then that’s Mohabbatein, let’s leave it aside. You don’t always have to think of remaking things because of whatever. That is something which is there. It’s a legend, let it be there and move on in life. We have all moved on and done our bit.”
