Yami Gautam is gearing up to portray the role of an intelligence agent in her upcoming film Article 370. Adding to the excitement is Priyamani, who plays a crucial character, heightening anticipation among fans. Scheduled to hit the screens on February 23, the film has unveiled a captivating teaser, offering a glimpse that has intensified the anticipation for this upcoming cinematic venture.
Recently, the creators of Article 370 revealed a gripping teaser, providing a sneak peek into the film. The teaser showcases Yami Gautam’s formidable character, determined to combat terrorism and corruption in Jammu & Kashmir. Yami portrays the role of an intelligence agent fervently working towards the revocation of the special status granted to the state, emphasising that culprits cannot be held accountable until then.
Priyamani appears commanding in her role, and the 1.40-minute teaser highlights her action-packed persona. The teaser concludes with a powerful scene of her holding a gun, blood dripping from her nose and the announcement of the abrogation of Article 370.
Article 370 promises a compelling narrative inspired by real events that shaped the destiny of Kashmir. Aditya Suhas Jambhale, a two-time National Award winner, takes the directorial helm.
The plot reflects on the significant move by the Central government on August 5, 2019, to revoke Article 370, ultimately leading to the reorganisation of the former state of Jammu and Kashmir into the union territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
